Environmental partner
We are looking for a highly qualified and motivated partner level attorney with at least six years’ working experience in the areas of environmental transactional, regulatory compliance, and permitting matters, including transactional support and due diligence, environmental assessment and liability matters, wetlands and coastal permitting, complex land use projects, air quality matters, hazardous materials contamination, and other compliance and enforcement cases.
Healthcare partner
We are looking for a highly qualified and motivated partner level attorney with experience in healthcare/life sciences issues. Experience working with Medicare, CMS, government enforcement agencies or with payers or managed care is also a plus. Core requirements include strong health care regulatory and transactional experience, compliance with health-related state and federal laws and regulations, private and public third-party reimbursement, corporate practice of medicine, health care operational issues, integrated delivery systems, and purchases/sales and mergers of health care businesses as well as joint ventures. Past work should encompass a wide range of healthcare entities, such as physician group practices, large group providers, health care systems, skilled nursing and long-term care facilities, clinical laboratories, home health agencies, medical device manufacturers, durable medical equipment suppliers, practice management companies, management service organizations (MSOs) and substance abuse treatment centers.
Labor and Employment Law partner
We are looking for a highly qualified and motivated partner level attorney with experience handling complex Labor and Employment matters. The ideal candidate will have expertise in both advisory and litigation aspects of labor and employment law, with a focus on providing strategic counsel to clients across a variety of industries.
Lending lawyer
We are seeking a lawyer with significant experience in commercial lending and secured transactions who is capable of taking a first chair role in corporate, commercial and asset-based financing matters. Experience in M&A and corporate transactions would be helpful. A commitment to a team approach to the handling of client service matters and collaboration with team members within our firm and with counterparties is essential. Trial Lawyer partner
We are looking for a highly qualified and motivated partner level attorney with jury and non-jury trial experience in State and Federal court. The ideal candidate will have experience in real estate related litigation, business torts, officer and director liability matters, complex commercial litigation, bankruptcy litigation and insurance litigation. Candidates must have a portable book of business evidencing a skill set in and potential for additional business generation.
